Delivery Information

Our current delivery charge is £9.95 per order for same day / next day dispatch of your order being in stock. We have a economy delivery service which is £6.99 per order which will mean that items are dispatched within 2-5 days of your order being in stock. We offer a fixed rate delivery charge and therefore, however many products you order the delivery cost will remain the same. Therefore you will always pay less than £ 9.95 in delivery. Our courier does not deliver on Saturdays. Next day delivery refers to next working day. Please note that most of DVB Car Audio's products are available from stock. (This cost is for mainland UK only).

In additon, some car audio product ranges have free 2-5 delivery. This currently includes our ISO Leads and Fascia Panels but check individual products for details.

We will attempt to despatch all products on the same working day when ordered before 13:00. This is for stock items and only where possible. Most products are sent for next business day. Please note that the website includes thousands of products and on occasion some may not be in stock. If you would like to check stock before ordering, please contact us.

 

Our couriers will request to see photo ID for any car audio orders made so please make sure you have this available on the expected delivery date. If in doubt please contact us.

 

Please note that mainland UK excludes Scottish Highlands (PH, IV and some AB postcodes) as well as Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

 

When Things go wrong with your delivery

We acknowledge that things can get lost or damaged in transit and the following information clarifys both your position and our position. We never knowingly ship damaged goods and therefore it is likely that we may be able to recover our costs from the courier. If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that we may be able to make a claim against our couriers insurance company.  If you receive a parcel that is damaged or looks damaged, please note this fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents.  If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the courier, you need to make sure that you sign for the package noting  “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” or equivelant to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Please note that if the above is not noted on the parcel / package then we are unable to accept responsibility for damaged goods as damage could have been caused after delivery.

Please contact DVB Car Audio via email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as possible, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up with our courier.
