Take your digital music in-car. Whether you have an iPod or any other digital audio player or USB stick, it’s as straightforward as plugging directly into the tuner’s USB host.  To connect your iPod, you have the option of adding the CD-IU50 iPod-to-USB cable, which gives you full control of the device, either via the CD tuner or remote control (which is included).
The 7900UB has three high-volt pre-outs, which means you can connect up to three amplifiers and speakers. By providing a strong signal, with less noise and more definition, the high-volt pre-outs reduce demands on the input circuit of the amplifiers so they can work with lower gain settings. This results in improved sound quality and a wider dynamic range. The 7900UB has a motorised front panel (which you can also remove for security) and ‘rotary commander’, which functions like a joystick: all functions can be controlled with it. Simply push or turn the commander in any direction. |
